Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu allows smaller individuals defend themselves against larger opponents using proper technique and leverage. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is also a sport and provides a great workout—helping individuals build strength and lose body fat. 

Striking

Not only is Striking a great workout but it helps improve mobility, core strength and your overall physique. Skills you learn in Striking could be used in a self-defense situations and can be done anywhere. Striking teaches you to use your arms, elbows, legs and knees and works every muscle in your body. It is a great low-impact activity for any age, skill or fitness level.
